About HOPA's Mentorship Program

The HOPA Mentorship Program is offered annually to promising, early-career professionals in the hematology oncology pharmacy field. The program runs 6 months and each new cohort starts at the beginning of the calendar year.

For this experience, HOPA pairs new hem/onc pharmacists with their own mentors who help them improve their professional competencies and build leadership skills. (We have also heard how rewarding it is for the mentors to help others get started in the field!)

The HOPA Mentorship Program is growing! Each fall, we ask for volunteer mentees and mentors, make our selections, pair them up, and get them started on their six-month mentorship experience. Watch for our call for participants in fall of 2024.
