The Big Idea Submission Guidelines

  1. Give your Big Idea a working title
  2. Provide a detailed Big Idea description of up to 2,500 words
  3. Tell us how your concept is relevant and significant to hematology/oncology pharmacy practice and to HOPA members
  4. State the overall goal(s) or overarching aspiration(s) that outline the desired long-term outcomes of your innovation
  5. Include any specific, measurable, steps or actions you anticipate are needed in order to achieve the goal(s)
  6. Share any literature or support materials that are directly related, or significantly important, to your Big Idea concept (support materials are encouraged but not required)
  7. Submit your Big Idea no later than August 15, 2024
